Through muscular relaxation the participants will be taught to experience warmth and heaviness in several parts of the body, especially in the limbs and then gradually led into the Alpha Level, the most creative and resourceful state of mind. In this level mental rehearsal and guided imagery will be practiced. Thanks to enhanced perception in Alpha Level the suggested images will be internalized and the effects can be noticed after a few sessions. This workshop is a more practice oriented program with ample time for relaxation and imagery and feedback with fellow participants and the workshop leader.
